Purple Vertex Digital ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Agent Recon mobile application (the "App"). This page explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the App.\n\nAccount data: If you create an account, we store your email address and a securely encrypted password on Google Firebase for authentication.\n\nApp data: The App may store property details, client notes, templates, and generated reports (including PDFs such as PITI summaries or One Pagers). This data is stored to power core workflows and can sync across devices when you are signed in.\n\nMedia: If you add property photos or images, those files are stored to support your marketing materials and reports.
Permissions
Agent Recon may request permission to access:\n• Calendar (read-only) to avoid double-booking and to generate availability links.\n• Contacts to import selected clients you choose to bring into your portfolio.\n• Notifications to send reminders and alerts.\n\nYou can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the App’s core functionality, including generating property reports, calculating PITI estimates, tracking client portfolios, and creating availability links. We also use your data to authenticate your account and sync your information across devices when you are signed in.
Data Storage and Third-Party Services
Google Firebase: We use Google Firebase to securely store account information and app data for authenticated users. This enables secure sign-in and cross-device access. You can review Google’s Privacy Policy for more information on their security practices.
Your Rights and Choices (Account Deletion)
You have the right to delete your account at any time through the designated function within the App. Requesting account deletion will permanently remove your account information and associated app data stored in Firebase. Any data stored locally on your device will also be deleted. This action cannot be undone.\n\nPlease note that uninstalling the App will not delete your account data. Use the in-app deletion feature to fully remove your information.
Children’s Privacy
Agent Recon is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated policy on this page. Please review it periodically.
