Getting started
What’s the difference between Basic and Advanced?
Basic is a simple pitch counter for guests. Advanced adds inning tracking, outs, K/BB%, per-pitcher totals, and cloud saving.
Why are my games gone when I sign out?
Basic games are for session-only use and are not saved. Sign in to Advanced mode to persist your games to the cloud.
How do I rename or delete a game?
On Home, tap the pencil to rename, the trash to delete, or the flag to mark a game complete.
In-game (Advanced mode)
How do innings and outs work?
Outs increase on a strikeout or when you tap "Out". At 3 outs you’ll be prompted to advance the inning; outs reset to 0.
What does "In Play" do?
It records a strike for pitch totals and resets the current at-bat. It doesn’t add an out by itself.
How do I set a pitch limit?
Tap "Set/View Pitch Limit", enter a max, and save. You’ll see a warning when it’s reached.
Stats & history
Where are completed games?
Home → Completed tab. Tap a game to view full, read-only stats (by inning, totals, and totals by pitcher).
Data & sync
Do I need an account?
For persistent storage, yes. Basic mode is available for guests but does not save data.
Will my data ever get out of sync?
We sync to the cloud when you are online. Basic games are never synced.
Account & privacy
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete Account (red link). This permanently removes cloud data.
