Welcome
Why do I need to complete my User Profile?
This is crucial! We use your profile information (Name, Contact Info, Branding) to generate the headers and footers on your One Pagers and Share Sheets. If your profile is empty, your marketing materials will look incomplete.
I missed the tutorial. How do I navigate?
The app is divided into four core "Recon" tools: 1. Calculator, 2. Availability, 3. Property, 4. Portfolio.
Recon Calculator
What is included in the calculation?
This is a full PITI calculator (Principal, Interest, Taxes, and Insurance). It gives you and your client a realistic monthly payment estimate, not just the mortgage rate.
How do I share results with a client?
Once you run the numbers, tap "Share." The app generates a personalized Share Sheet with the property info and payment breakdown, branded with your contact info.
My Availability
Does this change my personal calendar?
No. We ask for "Read-Only" access. This lets us see when you are busy so you don’t double-book yourself. We never delete or move your existing personal appointments.
How do I send my schedule to a client?
In "My Availability," tap the empty slots you want to offer as "Open." The app generates a custom link. Send that link to your client, and they can pick a time that works for them.
What do the Booking Statuses mean?
Open Request: You sent a link, but no time is picked. Pending: Client picked a time, you need to approve. Completed: Booking confirmed.

What is a "One Pager"?
It is an instant marketing flyer. Enter property details, select a client, and we generate a PDF with the property specs and your Agent branding.
How does "MatchMaker" work?
When you view a property, run MatchMaker. It scans the property details (Zip, Price, Bed/Bath) and compares them against every Client Snapshot in your Portfolio. We alert you if there is a match!

What is a Client Snapshot?
This is the "Wish List" for your client (Location, Price, Size). You MUST fill this out for the MatchMaker tool to work for that client.
What are Smart Alerts?
These are custom reminders. Set a date/time to follow up, and the app will send you a push notification when it’s time to call.
Where is my history with a client?
Check the "Client History" tab inside their profile. It shows every PITI report sent, notification, and One Pager shared.
Technical & Privacy
How do I import contacts?
In Portfolio, click "Import." We ask for permission to view contacts, but we ONLY import the specific people you select. We do not sync your whole address book.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use Google Firebase to securely encrypt and store your data. Your clients and your schedule are private to you.
