Road Trip Mania Support

An internet connection is used only once when you set your "Home Location" on the Profile screen. The app uses it to convert your city/state name into geographic coordinates for the distance calculation feature. No other feature requires an internet connection.

Your data is stored in two separate ways to give you the best mix of privacy and functionality: Your Trip Data: All the details of your trips—like "Set Location" and Found Plates—are saved securely and privately right on your device. Your Account Data: To create your account and allow you to sign in and save multiple trips, your email address and a securely encrypted version of your password are stored on our secure servers, powered by Google’s Firebase platform. This separation ensures that your personal trip information stays with you, while your account remains secure and accessible. We do not access or share any of your personal data.

On the "Home" screen, tap the "Create New Trip" button at the bottom. You can then give your trip a name and it will be saved to your list.

When playing a game, tap a license plate from the "To Find" grid. A pop-up will appear with fun facts, and when you dismiss it, the plate will be moved to your "Found" list.

Go to the "Found" tab. You’ll see a small + icon on each plate you’ve already found. Tapping this will bring up a confirmation and allow you to increase the count for that state.

In the "Found" tab, a single short tap on a license plate will bring up a confirmation pop-up to move it back to the "To Find" list.

If you press and hold on a plate in your "Found" list, a dialog will appear showing fun facts and information about that state, including the distance from your set home location.

Road Trip Super Spy is a fun and classic travel game brought to life in our app! You’ll get a virtual grid filled with common (and sometimes quirky) items to spot on the road. When you see an item, tap the corresponding square on your card. The goal is to find every icon to WIN!

Simply navigate to the "Road Trip Super Spy" section from the main menu and tap "Start New Game." A unique, randomized grid will be generated for you, and you can start spotting items right away.

Nope! To keep things fresh and exciting for every journey, a brand new, randomized grid is generated each time you start a new game. You’ll never get the same grid twice!

Once you complete the entire Super Spy grid, the app will celebrate with a fun animation! You can then choose to start a new game or return to the main menu.

Yes, your current Super Spy game is saved with your active road trip. You can take a break, switch to another app, and when you come back, your marked squares will be right where you left them. You can choose to create an account to have your games available across multiple devices.
