Road Trip Mania Support

Road Trip Mania uses an internet connection to sign you in, save and sync trips, run Head-to-Head and Co-Op games, verify locations, load optional rewarded ads, verify purchases, and create or track physical postcard orders.

An account is required to play. Your account, trips, found plates, statistics, and multiplayer progress are stored in Google Firebase so they survive app restarts and can sync securely. Device storage is used for preferences, temporary files, and a one-time import of eligible trips saved by V1.

Install Road Trip Mania and sign in with the same account. Account-linked trips and multiplayer progress load from Firebase. If a trip was created only in V1 on one device, open the updated app on that original device while signed in so the one-time import can run.

Open Profile in the app and choose Delete Account. This removes your Firebase Authentication account and associated gameplay data. Limited purchase records may be retained and pseudonymized for refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal and accounting requirements. You can also start a request from our Delete Account page.

Sign in, open the License Plate Game, and tap Create New Trip. Choose Solo, Head-to-Head, or Co-Op, then name the trip.

Solo is for your own plate collection. Head-to-Head lets two players compete using a shared game code. Co-Op lets a travel group work together on one plate board. Multiplayer progress is validated and synchronized by the server.

When playing a game, tap a license plate from the "To Find" grid. A pop-up will appear with fun facts, and when you dismiss it, the plate will be moved to your "Found" list.

Go to the "Found" tab. You’ll see a small + icon on each plate you’ve already found. Tapping this will bring up a confirmation and allow you to increase the count for that state.

In the "Found" tab, a single short tap on a license plate will bring up a confirmation pop-up to move it back to the "To Find" list.

If you press and hold a plate in your Found list, a dialog shows facts and information about that state, including the distance from your trip location.

Premium cosmetic animations can be unlocked for a trip by completing an optional rewarded ad. The optional one-time Ad-Free purchase unlocks premium animations without rewarded ads. You can restore an existing Ad-Free purchase from the account area.

After completing a trip, you can create a digital postcard to save or share for free. You may also preview and optionally order a printed postcard for the price shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment, and PostGrid verifies the address, prints, and mails the card.

Open Profile and choose Orders. If a charge, refund, or fulfillment status looks wrong, email purplevertexdigital@gmail.com with the order date and the non-sensitive order identifier shown in the app. Never email payment-card details.
